Abdel F. (Abby) Badwi

Position: President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Badwi is an international energy executive and professional geologist with more than 35 years experience in the exploration, development and production of oil and gas fields in North America, Europe, South America, Asia and the Middle East.  Mr. Badwi is President & CEO of Bankers Petroleum Ltd., an oil and gas company with operations in Albania.  From 2005 until September 2007, he was President and CEO of Rally Energy Corp., an oil and gas company with operations in Egypt, Pakistan and Canada.  Mr. Badwi has been an officer and director of several Canadian public and private companies and is currently a director of Bankers Petroleum Ltd., PanWestern Energy Inc. and P1 Energy Corp.

Douglas C. Urch, B. Comm., CMA

Position: Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Urch joined Bankers Petroleum Ltd. in February 2008 and is currently Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer.  Bankers Petroleum operates heavy oil fields in Albania containing six billion barrels of original-oil-in-place and current production in excess of 10,000 bopd.  From September 2000 until January 2008, he was Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Rally Energy Corp., having heavy oil operations in Egypt.  Mr. Urch is currently a Director and Audit Committee Chairman of TSXV-listed Petrodorado Energy Ltd. and has provided financial management services for a variety of public and private companies (Mohave Exploration, Sunshine Oilsands, Barrington Petroleum, TriGas Exploration and Ryerson Oil and Gas).  He has over 30 years of oil and gas industry experience, is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Commerce graduate from the University of Calgary.

Ian McMurtrie

Position: Executive Vice President, Exploration & Development

Mr. McMurtrie is Vice President, Exploration & Development of Bankers Petroleum Ltd. an oil and gas company with operations in Albania.  From July 2004 until January 2008 he was Vice President, Exploration of Rally Energy Corp. and provided advisory services to that company since late 2003.  Prior to advising Rally Energy Corp. he was and remains President of Cawdor Investments Ltd., a private company managing oil and gas royalties and providing technical oil and gas consulting services to public and private companies.  Mr. McMurtrie commenced his exploration career with Texaco Exploration Canada Ltd.  He has been directly involved in the discovery and development of numerous oil and gas pools throughout North America for such companies as Czar Resources Ltd., United Rayore Gas Ltd., and Raptor Capital Corporation.  He is currently a Director of Porto Energy Corp., and P1 Energy Corp.

Mr. McMurtrie has extensive expertise in the development of oil pools using innovative drilling technologies.  He is a professional geologist with Geology degree from Queen's University.

Suneel Gupta

Position: Vice-President, Production and Operations

Mr. Gupta has held senior positions with several petroleum companies where he was integral to the development of heavy oil properties in international countries as well as in Canada.  He brings over 16 years of oil and gas experience including specific work on the Patos Marinza field with Bankers and Anglo-Albanian Petroleum.  He holds a Masters of Science degree in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering from the University of Calgary and is a professional engineer in the Province of Alberta.

Eugene Christensen

Position: Vice-President, Engineering

Mr. Christensen has 25 years of technical and managerial experience in production, exploitation and reservoir engineering, drilling and completions domestically and internationally.  Previously he served as the Vice President of Engineering for Flagship Energy Inc., was President of Blue Raven Consulting Inc. providing engineering services to numerous Canadian companies and was the Exploitation Manager for Anglo Albanian Petroleum Ltd. in Fier, Albania.  Before his management tenure he held senior engineering positions at Mark Resources Inc., Koch Exploration Canada Ltd., and Husky Oil Operations Ltd. Expertise included conventional and heavy oil, thermal operations, waterfloods, shallow and tight gas.  He is a Professional Engineer in the Province of Alberta.

Leonidha Çobo

Vice-President & Deputy General Director, Albania

Vice-President & Deputy General Director of Bankers Petroleum Albania Ltd. ("BPAL") since July 2009, Production & Operations Director of BPAL from March 2006 to June 2009, Deputy Technical Director of BPAL from June 2004 to February 2006, Deputy Director of QZHTTNR of Albpetrol from Mar 2004 to May 2004, Senior Reservoir Engineer, Anglo-Albanian Petroleum from 2000 to 2004.  Mr. Çobo has 17 years of experience and holds a Masters Degree and PhD in Geosciences.
